여의도순복음교회의 연구기관 중 하나인 교회성장연구소가 월간 '교회성장' 2월호에 "담임목사, 예배인도자, 성도들이 바라는 찬양예배"에 대한 방안을 소개했다. 자료 제공은 예배사역연구소에서 했다.
각자가 서로에게 바라는 점 다섯가지씩 조사한 내용으로 매우 공감이 간다는 분석이다. 찬양예배 주체인 담임목사, 예배인도자, 성도들이 서로의 마음을 헤아릴 수 있는 내용들로서 서로가 하나될 수 있는 좋은 지침이 될 수 있겠다는 반응이다.
다음은 예배사역연구소가 집계해 공개한 주요 내용이다.
첫번째로 담임목사가 바라는 것 5가지.
먼저 담임목사가 성도들에게.
미리 기도로 예배를 준비하세요.
하나님의 임재에 대한 기대감을 가지세요.
예배 시간을 잘 지켜주세요.
휴대폰 사용 등 예배의 흐름에 방해되는 행동은 자제해 주세요.
기도, 찬양, 말씀 등 예배의 모든 순서에서 관객이 아닌 참여자가 되세요.
그리고, 담임목사가 예배인도자에게 바라는 점 다섯가지는
가르치거나 설교, 간증을 해야 한다는 부담을 갖지 마세요.
예배의 흐름에 맞게 준비하고 인도하세요. 잘 준비된 콘티와 예측할 수 없는 성령의 흐름과의 조화.
음악 실력보다 중요한 것은 영성입니다.
성도들에게 반응을 강요하지 말고, 성령님을 의지하세요.
청중을 배려하세요. 회중의 다양성을 인정하고, 획일적인 모습으로 이끌려고 하지 마세요.
두번째로 예배인도자가 바라는 것 5가지.
먼저, 예배인도자가 담임목사에게
정기적인 대화 시간을 가져주세요. 적어도 주 1회는 주일예배나 절기예배 관련 대화 및 회의를 하면 좋겠습니다.
예배팀을 격려해 주시고 훈련해 주세요. 담임목사님이 해주시는 격려에 예배팀은 많은 힘을 얻습니다. 그리고 담임목사님께서 예배 관련 양육 프로그램을 1년에 2번 정도 열어주시고, 예배나 영성과 관련해 특강도 열어주시면 좋겠습니다.
물질적 지원이 필요함을 인식하시고 지원해 주세요.
부교역자들과 회중을 위한 예배 세미나를 진행해 주세요.
예배인도자와 대화하시는 가운데 새롭게 알아야 하는 찬양이나 영향력 있는 곡들을 들어주시고 공유해 주시면 좋겠습니다.
그리고, 예배인도자가 성도들에게
앞에 선 사람들은 연예인이 아닙니다. 선망의 대상 또는 평가나 비교의 대상으로 여기지 않으시길 부탁드립니다. 우리 교회가 갖고 있는 색깔과 상황을 이해해 주시고, 섬기고 있는 찬양팀을 사랑해 주시고 격려해 주시면 좋겠습니다.
찬양은 예배팀의 고백을 듣는 것이 아니라 예배자 한 명, 한 명 개인의 고백이 되어야 함을 기억하고 하나님께 집중해 주세요.
어려우시겠지만, 옆 사람 시선에 너무 신경쓰지 마시고, 하나님과 일대 일로 자유롭게 예배하세요. 몸도 마음껏 반응해 보세요.
예배팀을 위해 기도해 주세요. 예배를 앞두고 수많은 영적 공격을 받습니다. 저희를 위해 기도해 주세요.
피드백이 필요한 경우는 직접 해주시는 것보다, 예배담당 교역자를 통하거나 편지를 이용해 주시면 조금 더 부드럽게 전달될 것 같습니다.
세번째는 성도들이 바라는 점 5가지이다.
먼저, 성도들이 담임목사님에게 바라는 점은
예배 중간에 들어오는 성도들이나 뛰어다니는 어린이들은 예배 집중에 방해가 되기 때문에 자제시켜 주셨으면 좋겠습니다.
찬양팀 구성 등 준비 찬송이 더 풍성해졌으면 좋겠습니다.
설교 후 찬양으로 결단하고 다짐하며 주신 말씀과 연결된 찬양을 하며 합심기도로 마무리하면 좋겠습니다.
예배 후 찬양대나 방송실에서 찬양을 들려주시면 좋겠습니다.
성탄절 감사예배, 송구영신예배 외에도 다음 세대와 함께 드리는 예배가 정기적으로 있으면 좋겠습니다.
마지막으로 성도들이 예배인도자에게 바라는 5가지.
찬양 인도자가 보다 숙련되고 준비된 모습으로, 회중이 함께 예배할 수 있도록 리드해 주길 바랍니다. 간증이나 멘트는 자칫 산만해집니다. 오직 주님께 영광을 올리는 찬양만으로 소통과 공감이 있어야 할 것입니다.
성가대(싱어)의 표정이 좀 더 밝았으면 좋겠고, 찬양이 노래로만이 아닌 삶의 고백이길 바랍니다.
인간을 의식하는 것이 아닌, 영이신 하나님 아버지께 영과 진리로 찬양하길 바랍니다.
주님께서 내려주시는 은혜의 단비를 받고, 청중들에게 그 은혜를 흘려보내야 하는 자리인 만큼, 기도하고 섬겼으면 하는 바람입니다.
새로운 찬양도 인도자가 정확한 숙지 하에 리드하면 성도들도 자연스럽게 따라할 수 있다고 생각합니다. 그러므로 새 찬양을 할 때는 찬양팀이 완벽히 숙지된 상태에서 싱어들이 크게 불러주면 좋겠습니다.
